ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP -  

Studio location is in Bedstuy, Brooklyn

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day using USPS Standard Shipping (1-5 days transit).

There are faster options available at the checkout including Priority (1-4 days transit) and Priority Express (1-2 days transit)

International shipping takes 7-21 business day via USPS international.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Frenzy Flare is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
